Great post on fabric wall panels.If you want to get a unique look for your home you may want to use decorated quilt wall panels. They can be in any color or design. For people interested I recommend checking out the Sweets Network from McGraw-Hill, my employer. They have a great list of wall panels that you can use to make an informative decision.
